Barbados Conference Services Ltd (BCSL), the management company of the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre (LESC) is committed to the health and well-being of our staff, clients, partners, stakeholders and the entire nation.

The Conference Centre and BCSL’s Offices are opened, and we are here to serve you as we have always done in the past. You can contact us during regular business hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our PBX 246-467-8200.

In an effort to continue to serve and offer you the highest standard of service, we have instituted the below guidelines and protocols to follow when you visit our facility:

1. Persons entering and using the facility will have their temperature checked and hands sanitized by personnel on hand.

2.  Wearing of face mask is mandatory within the facility.

3.  Several sanitizing stations are accessible through-out the facility for you to sanitize your hands; but you should also ensure to wash your hands frequently.

4. Avoid handshakes and hugs while greeting and interacting with persons in the facility.

5.  Be aware of your personal space and practice physical distancing of at least 6 feet.

6.  Physical distancing protocols with respect to seating arrangements will be observed. Attendees should not attempt to make any changes to the seating arrangements.

7. You are asked to exit the Facility in an orderly manner adhering to the physical distancing protocols.
