LESC Embracing a New Look
Come June 2013, the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre will have a new look. The ongoing transformation will feature a new block of office space. The new office block will be just under 69,000 square feet, which according to Minister of Tourism Richard Sealy, will be primarily occupied by central government.
These upgrades follow the completion of the new multi-story car park with a capacity of 321 vehicles and a newly retrofitted kitchen. In addition to these upgrades, a BBD $3 million renewable energy project is also in the works. This project will see the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof, aimed at reducing the energy bill for the centre.
Currently the centre features over 100,000 square feet of event space. These upgrades and redevelopment of the existing space and technology will further establish LESC as the formidable leader in the provision of conference services in the region.
We look forward to the big reveal and servicing our clients in this updated modern facility. LESC will truly be ‘Brilliant for Business. Extraordinary for Events.
